General

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the rules for using the JungliWin website, which is owned and operated by SkyGrow Group Limitada. All players agree to these terms by registering on JungliWin platform and confirming they are at least 18 years old. JungliWin may update these T&C at any time, with new terms active immediately upon publication. Continued access to JungliWin services means the player accepts any updated terms. It’s advised to keep a printed copy of the T&C for reference. If any translation differs from the English version, the English version is legally binding.

User Responsibilities and Account Usage

Players are responsible for managing their accounts and may not share, transfer, or duplicate accounts. Each player is allowed only one account per household, IP address, and device, with any shared access reported to JungliWin. Personal data remains confidential under the Privacy Policy. JungliWin does not act as a financial institution, so no interest applies to deposits. Players must promptly report any errors in credited funds. Attempts to misuse bonuses or engage in fraud will result in account suspension, and funds may be withheld while investigating.

Eligible Users

Only individuals legally allowed to gamble online and enter binding agreements can access JungliWin’s services. Players must confirm they are at least 18 or meet the legal age for gambling in their region. Accounts registered by minors will be closed, with remaining funds returned. JungliWin reserves the right to request age verification as needed. It is up to the player to ensure that online gambling is legal in their location. Players are encouraged to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing their accounts.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for six months or more are considered dormant. A monthly fee of 900 INR (or equivalent) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Notifications will be sent once an account becomes dormant, and the fee will apply until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated. Players can resume dormant accounts by completing the KYC verification process. To close an account, players must contact support and ensure a zero balance. JungliWin may also close accounts at its discretion, applying any relevant withdrawal fees and returning any remaining funds.

User’s Account Registration

To register on JungliWin, players must fill out a form with valid details such as email, username, and password. False or temporary information is not allowed, and inappropriate usernames may lead to suspension. Players also confirm they are over 18 and accept the T&C. Optional details, like date of birth and residence, can be added for extra account security. Providing accurate information is essential; accounts with incorrect details may be suspended.
